SupaStarGuitar.com is an Internet service (the “Service”) owned and operated by SupaStarMusic, (”we”, “our” or “us”). “You” or “your” means an adult user of the Service for itself and you as parent or guardian for any minor who you allow to access the Service, for whom you will be held strictly responsible. Your use of the Service indicates that you are bound by this Agreement with us. If you don’t agree with any of these terms and conditions, don’t use the Service. We may alter this Agreement at our discretion and your continued use after any change indicates your acceptance of that change. If you don’t want to be bound by a change, discontinue use of the Service. SupaStarGuitar.com contains video, audio, graphics, information, data, editorial and other content accessible by any registered Internet user and similar content, which is accessible only to our subscribing members “(the Content)”. 2. Use License

  2. Weekly video lesson lengths will vary in total from 25 to 30 minutes. This is the equivalent (or more) of a typical weekly 30 minute guitar lesson.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SupaStarGuitar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SupaStarGuitar’s Internet site, even if SupaStarGuitar or a SupaStarGuitar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SupaStarGuitar’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SupaStarGuitar does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. SupaStarGuitar may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. SupaStarGuitar does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Portions of this website will contain user provided content, to which you may contribute appropriate content. For this content, SupaStarGuitar is a distributor only. 10.1 As part of the registration process, you will select a username and password. You must provide SupaStarGuitar with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement. You understand that you may not
(i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
(ii) use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorization; or
(iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate.
As you submit information, you understand that SupaStarGuitar is owned and operated by SupaStarGuitar.com, licensed in Queensland, Australia. SupaStarGuitar operates in Australia in compliance with the laws of Australia. Access is governed by these terms and conditions under the laws of the Australia. Registration as a user of or subscriber to SupaStarGuitar.com results in your customer information (excluding credit card details) being stored and processed on our server, and you, in registering or subscribing, specifically consent to that storage and processing. You may access that information at any time to confirm its correctness and to keep it current in connection with your registration or subscription. If you are subscribing or registering for use of this site from outside of Australia, you consent to the storage and processing on our server of the personal data you submit, within the scope of the Privacy Policy of SupaStarGuitar.com. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

11. Fees and Payments

11.1 Some products are Continuous Service Memberships. These subscription memberships in the Service is on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your billing choice will be charged based on the subscription program (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.) you have chosen.

11.2 Cancellations. To cancel your subscription please email customer support.
Individual songs, lessons and courses can be purchased at any time you would like. You can also re-subscribe simply by clicking on one of the subscription options as well.

11.3 Subscription costs may be changed by SupaStarGuitar at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal cost for the period that you originally selected when you subscribed.

12. Communication

SupaStarGuitar will send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to SupaStarGuitar, or of any SupaStarGuitar related products and services. You may opt out of this notification service by “unsubscribing” in the members area. For further information on our use of member information, see the Privacy Statement below.
