How much will the SupaStarGuitar course cost me?

The Red Level VIP "AAA" Beginners to Intermediate course is currently priced at US$46. It is a "Lifetime Membership" which allows you unlimited access to the product.

How do I pay/ what are my payment options?

Currently we use two payment processors, Click Bank and Paypal. Paypal is a secure way of sending money around the world. It only takes minutes to set up a Paypal account if you don't already have one and requires you to have an email address and a bank account (in most cases, depending on the country you are from). Please check the list which displays the countries Paypal is available in.

Can I pay with a money order?

Unfortunately no at this time.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

How are the Supa Star Guitar lessons delivered?

Every seven days for the next twelve weeks you will received a new batch of video lessons to work through. Once you sign into the Supa Star Guitar VIP members area you will clearly see all lessons that are currently available to you on the right hand menu. The video lessons are all viewed online and some exercises are downloadable and can be viewed on or offline. 

Do I need to have guitar/music knowledge?

The simple answer is no...even if you have never picked up a guitar, Supastar Guitar is a course designed with the beginner in mind. With future intermediate and advanced courses in the pipeline, you can go from an absolute beginner to an advanced player with this course.

What are the system requirements for Supastar Guitar?

A personal computer with internet access.

How do I watch the lessons/Can I use my laptop ?

Yes all lessons can be easily viewed on any personal computer, be it a Mac or PC.

What age can children use this course?

This course is suitable for ages 8 and up. All payments must be made by an adult.

How do I enable cookies on my computer?

Internet Explorer users you will need to go: Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Drag the slider on the left of the screen down till it reads Medium, then click OK. This will allow sites to save cookies to your computer to allow you entry to their sites. Mozilla Firefox users you will need to go: Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies>Tick the box which reads "Allow sites to set Cookies", then click OK. Safari users need to click on the Safari Tab at the top of the screen and select Preferences. This brings up a security window. Click the radio button which says "Only for sites you navigate to" and then close.

Why can't I see website pages?

Sometimes the problem may be the server is down, in this case you might like to try again later or you could try clearing the cache (cookies and internet files). If your browser is Internet Explorer you need to go: Tools>Internet Options>General>Then click on the Delete cookies and Delete files in the Temporary files section. If your browser is Firefox you need to go: Tools>Options>Cookies - and then click on the "Clear cookies now" button. Then you need to click on the Cache tab and click on the "Clear cache now" button. You can also check that supastarguitar.com is on your safe list with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). When you go back to the website, be sure to click the "refresh" button.
